Women and the Nuclear Talent Pool

Women and the Nuclear Talent Pool

February 16, 2009

WiN-Canada's position paper, Women and the Nuclear Talent Pool, addressing the myths and realities about women in the workplace, has been designed in a booklet format. The paper presents supporting facts and offers realistic suggestions for positive change. The material draws on published research as well as the output from the 2008 Women in Nuclear (Canada) Annual Conference workshop on the topic, facilitated by some of the senior Human Resources leaders in our industry. The ideas contained in this position paper were formally presented at the 2008 Canadian Nuclear Society Annual Conference in Toronto.

You may download the booklet here or request a hard copy by sending an email to Cheryl Cottrill at cheryl.cottrill@brucepower.com.
