Free Radiation Safety Course

The Radiation Safety Institute of Canada has produced a brand new, free online course, entitled “Understanding Radiation”. The course is available on their website at http://www.radiationsafety.ca/resources/onlinecourse.


This 20 minute self paced course was developed in cooperation with the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) <http://www.wsib.on.ca/en/community/WSIB> , with the specific goal of educating workers and other members of the public about radiation and radiation safety.
 
Please take a few moments to complete the survey after viewing the presentation. This will assist them going forward in developing additional educational materials that will further serve to satisfy the public’s interest in radiation safety. Please feel free to share this course with others in your organization, as well as with other stakeholders whose interests you serve.
