5 Ways Women Can Use Their Female Advantage in Male-Dominated Fields  - Forbes by Nathalie Lussier. I may not necessary agree with all of Nathalie’s advice, however, the article is worth a read for those who work in male-dominated companies.

Revelation: Diversity Does Not Mean Disharmony  - InPower Women by Kate Nasser. “Women represent diversity not strife and disharmony.  Diversity of thought is vital to an organization; disharmony, fatal.” Kate provides some great advice in this article for women wanting to take on a leadership role.
